Anti-Corruption
K'EX maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward bribery, corruption, kickbacks, or other improper business practices. No representative or business partner may offer, authorize, request, or accept anything of value intended to improperly influence a business decision.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
Where appropriate, K'EX may conduct due diligence on investors, business partners, vendors, and counterparties to comply with applicable anti-money laundering and sanctions requirements. We reserve the right to decline or terminate relationships that present unacceptable legal, regulatory, or reputational risks.
Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence
K'EX incorporates artificial intelligence and automation into its internal operations to improve efficiency, research, analysis, and decision-making.
We are committed to using these technologies responsibly by maintaining human oversight, protecting confidential information, monitoring accuracy, reducing bias, and complying with legal standards. AI supports—but does not replace—human judgment.
Information Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect confidential business information and personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Third-Party Relationships
